Check List Tab
The Check List tab displays all the checks for the current deposit. The dialogue gives you the ability to add, edit, delete or mark a check for the next deposit.
- From the Make a Deposit/Deposit Total tab click on the Check List tab.
- The Checklist tab displays all the checks for the current deposit.
- Click on the Checklist tab and press the Get button in the toolbar to load all the checks for the deposit date (If the Deposit is made the next day after the Store Close is complete the checks will load automatically without having to press the Get button.) The Check totals display in the Deposit Totals tab under Check.
- To edit a check, highlight the check and press the Edit a Check ButtonEdit_a_Check or double click on the check. Make your correction from the Edit a Check dialogue and press the OK button.
- To add a check, press the Add a Check ButtonAdd_a_Check. From the Add a Check dialog, select an employee from the drop down list. Fill the customer number in the Customer Id field, the amount of the check in the Check Amount field and press OK.
- To delete a check, highlight the check and press the Delete a Check ButtonDelete_a_Check.
- To deselect a check, click on the checkbox to toggle off the checkmark. Any deselected check will be included in the next deposit for the selected day. All deselected checks will not be calculated as part of the deposit total.
- Return to the Deposit tab to view the total deposit.
