The Pickups and Loan-ins form allows you to pickup or loan in tills from the Back Office.  


To Pickup or Loan-in a cashier:

  1. Highlight the cashier for whom you are performing the task.
  2. Click on the Pickups & Loan-in button in the toolbar.
  3. Click the Pickup or Loan-in option.
  4. Use the arrow keys to navigate through the tenders.  
  5. For a Pickup, highlight the tender in the Pickup column and key in the tender amount you wish to pickup. If you wish to pickup all of the selected tender answer ‘yes’ to message ‘Do you want to Pickup all of the selected tender?’  You must pick up all Check tenders.
  6. For a Loan-in, highlight the tender in the Loan-in column and key in the tender amount you wish to loan in.
  7. Press the Save & Print button when you have finished filling the tenders.
