The following Savings Messages can be edited for printing on the receipt:


    • Customer Discount Msg: This is the message that prints to the left of the Customer Discount, that is, the discount that is automatically applied when the customer ID is entered. Discounts are set up in the Discount Tab, and applied to the customer in Customer Maintenance.
    • Customer ID: Defaults to CC #
    • Customer Surcharge Msg: The text that is displayed next to the Surcharge amount.
    • Frequent Shopper Msg: Printed above the Frequent Shopper Points.
    • Item Discount Msg: Printed when an item discount is applied.
    • Price Savings Abbr: Abbreviation displayed on the checkstand screen and receipt preceding products discounted by a customer's pricing level. Pricing Levels are set up for products in Product Maintenance and applied to customers in Customer Maintenance.
    • Pricing Level Savings Msg: Message displayed on the checkstand screen and receipt when customers receives savings based on their assigned pricing level.
    • Savings Msg: The You Saved message printed on the bottom of the receipt.
