The Attributes Tab is used to set discount properties for selected items in a sales batch. The discount properties you have selected will only be in effect for the duration of the Batch.


  1. From within the Enter Prices for an Ad/Batch screen, click on the Attributes tab.
  2. To allow additional discounts to apply to the item on sale, such as a customer or order discount, click the Allow Discount Allow_Discountfield. (This field can be flagged by default, by selecting “Allow Discount While On Sale” on the System Information form.) If you do not want additional discounts applied make sure the Allow Discount field is not checked.
  3. Click on the Save Button in the toolbar after you have completed your entries or changes to this batch.
  4. Return to the Pricing tab to add the next item to your batch.
