Press the Auto Apply all Payments button to immediately apply all instore charge payments to all of the customers' accounts.

You can also apply payments individually to each customer.


To apply payments for all customers automatically:

  1. From the Customers Menu, click on In-Store Charge Maintenance.
  2. Click on Auto-Apply All Payments in the toolbar. All of the payments made to date will be automatically applied.
  3. You can also create a job that will apply all payments automatically once a month on a specified day.
