The Cashier Performance task lists the following:

    • Employee: The names and employee numbers of the Employees who performed transactions during the time period selected.
    • Total Sales: Total sales for each employee during the period.
    • Total Hours: Total hours the employee was signed on.
    • Average Sales Per Hour: Total Sales divided by Total Hours signed on. If the employee is signed on for less than one hour this amount appears overstated.
    • Total Items: Total number of items sold, including sales keyed into open departments.
    • Scanned Items: Total number of items scanned. Scanned % = Total Items / Scanned Items.
    • Percentage of Items scanned: (Items Scanned/Total Items) * 100
    • Average Items Per Hour: The average number of items sold per hour. If the cashier is signed on for less than one hour this amount will appear overstated.
    • Ring Percentage: Ring Time / Total Time.
    • Rings per Minute: Total rings per minute.
    • Average Tender Time in Seconds: The average time of each transaction, including tender time, that is, the time that the customer takes to pay for the transaction.
    • Idle Hours: Time elapsed when not ringing up items (i.e. Accumulated time between orders)
