The Credit Card Header information will print at the top of a customers credit card receipt. To change the Credit Card banner information, go to the POS Information, Receipt Banners section:

  1. Click on the Receipt Banner field to activate the Add New Group and Delete buttons.
  2. Press the New Group button. The Enter Group Information form will open up.
  3. From the Group Type drop-down, select Credit Card.
  4. In the Lookup Value field, enter the information you would like to display on the credit card receipt. Press OK to return to the previous screen.
  5. To make changes to the appearance of the information, click on the line of information you would like to change. An ellipsis button will appear to the right of the field. Press the ellipsis button.
  6. You may change the text in the Current Value field.
  7. Select a text size from the drop-down box.
  8. Place a check mark in the Bold field to print the selected line as bold print.
  9. Select the Alignment from the drop-down box.
  10. Press OK to save your changes.
  11. To add another line of information, press the Add button. Repeat steps 6 through 10.
  12. Synchronize the Checkstands with Setup.


Note: The entries from this screen will also be used for printing in Bad Check Maintenance, Open a Purchase and Receiving an Invoice.
