Receipt Banner
The Receipt Banner is used to setup information that will print on the receipts and check information generated by RETAIL. The Receipt Banner section controls the following five options:
- Check Franking: This information will print on the back of a customer’s check (endorsement information).
- Credit Card Header: The Credit Card Header section sets up the Prompt that displays on the Pin Pad. This is normally the Store or Licensee name.
- Deposit Info: This information will print at the top of the bank deposit slip that prints from the Make a Deposit task
- Form Entry: Used to print a receipt with additional information, used for example, to enter a drawing in your store.
- Header: This information will print at the top of the customer’s receipt and be displayed on the checkstand screen.
- Refund Receipt: Used to print an additional, small receipt when a refund has been processed.
- Trailer: This information will print at the bottom of the customer’s receipt and appear on the checkstand screen at the end of a transaction.
From the Administration Menu, select POS Information. Scroll down to the Receipt Banner section. The Receipt Header is displayed by default. To add one of the options listed above, click on the section “Receipt Banner”. This will activate the “Add” “New Group” and “Delete” buttons to the right. You will then be able to add a line of print or a new group, or delete the current entries.
