Receipt Trailer
The Receipt Trailer information will print at the bottom of the customer’s receipt and appear on the checkstand screen at the end of a transaction. To add the Receipt Trailer Information, go to the POS Information and scroll down to the Receipt Banners task:
- Click on the “Receipt Trailer” field to activate the “Add” “New Group” and “Delete” buttons.
- Press the “New Group” button. The Enter Group Information form will open up.
- From the Group Type drop-down, select Trailer.
- In the Lookup Value field, enter the information you would like to display on the receipt trailer and checkstand screen. Press OK to return to the previous screen.
- To make changes to the appearance of the information, click on the line of information you would like to change.
- You may change the text in the Current Value field.
- Select a text size from the drop-down box.
- Place a check mark in the ‘Bold’ field to print the selected line as bold print.
- Select the Alignment from the drop-down box.
- Press OK to save your changes.
- To add another line of information, press the “Add” button. Repeat steps 6 through 10.
- Synchronize the Checkstands with Setup.
