Form Entry is used to generate an additional slip of receipt paper that is used to enter information, for example, it can be used to enter the name and phone number of a customer to use for a drawing.


  1. Click on the Form Entry line and press Add Item.
  2. Enter the information you want printed on the extra receipt.
  3. You can enter as many lines as needed.
  4. If you want the paper to be cut, enter {CUT} as the final line.
