The Sales Filter task is used to Filter and Sort Customer sales. For example you can filter your customer sales by zip, cost, quantity, profit, etc. Once the results of the filter are loaded to the screen you can sort using the Sort option.


To filter your Customer Sales:

  1. From the Show Customer Sales task screen select a category and time range to display Customer Sales.
  2. Once the sales are loaded to the screen, press the Sales Filter button from the toolbar.
  3. Select from one of the following filters:
    • Zip
    • Total
    • Cost
    • Quantity
    • Profit
    • Gross
  1. Depending upon your selection select the appropriate Operators and Criteria.OperatorsCriteria 
    • Operators & Criteria: Displays a list of operators to filter by.  For example: Select the  ( > ) sign to filters sales greater than a selected amount. Key in an amount in the Criteria field.
  1. You may want to show the top 100 or 1000 customers in the store. Click the Show TopShow_Top field and fill in a Top Sales AmountTop_Sales_Amount to display the top portion of sales. Click the Percentage Show_Top_by_Percentagefield to display top sales by a percentage.
    • Show Top: Click the Show Top field to filter your sales for only a top percentage or a top amount.
    • Top Sales Amount: Enter in an amount to filter your top sales to.
    • Percentage: Click the Show Top by Percentage field to display the top sale for a percentage.
  1. Press the OK button.
  2. The results will display in the Customer Sales list box.

To sort your Customer Sales:

  1. Once the sales are loaded to the screen select from one of the following SortSort_list options:
    • Zip
    • Total
    • Cost
    • Quantity
    • Profit
    • Gross
  1. Click the Descending or Ascending Sort_DescendingSort_Ascendingflag.
  2. Press the OK button.
  3. The results displays in the Customer Sales list box.
