The Other field can be used to specify other groups (total store, DSD, or any product group created in Product Group Maintenance) for which you want to see customer sales information. This dialogue displays customer sales in the Other Category in the list box at the bottom of the dialogue.


Select from the drop-down list at the right of the field. Press the Execute Query button in the toolbar. If you have entered the Start and end dates, Retail will then calculate the following customer sales values for your selection and display them on the screen.

    • Number of customers/Items
    • Total Purchases
    • Cost of products sold
    • Gross profit dollars
    • Gross profit margin percent

Tip: Use the Customer Filter button in the toolbar to filter the list box according to total sales, profit, gross or UPC, quantity or customer name.
