The Filter Customers task is used as a part of Customer Focus to filter your customers so that you may view your top 100 customers according to different criteria. For example, you can filter your customers by rank, name, zip code, number of items bought, profit, etc.

To filter your Customers:

  1. In the Customer Focus task first populate the screen by selecting a Start Date and Week, Month or Year option.
  2. Press the Filter Customers By button in the toolbar.
  3. Under Sort By, check a box to select from one of the following filters:
    • Card No.
    • Name
    • Rank
    • Zip
    • Cost
    • Sales
    • Items
    • Gross Profit
    • Gross Margin
  1. Choose Descending or Ascending order.
  2. Click on OK.
  3. The results will display in the Customer List Box.
