The Customer Shopper Points Report will generate a report of all of the redeemed, transferred, and earned points for the selected customer.


  1. Enter the customer's Card Number243Q_J3 and press Tab or Enter. If you don't know the card number, press the ellipsis button to the right of the field to search for the customer by name, phone number, etc. The customer's name 1_V.L7Yand phone number will be displayed in the Name field.
  2. Select the Start and End Dates 1F1F0BKBYYOH3for the redemption activity that you would like to view, and press the OK button.
  3. Optionally, to display accumulated points greater than a minimum amount, check the 'Show accumulated points greater than' check box and enter the amount of points in the field.

  1. The report is generated, displaying the following information:
    • Card Number
    • Customer Name
    • Date
    • Points Accumulated
    • Points Redeemed
    • Points Adjusted
    • Points Balanced
    • Comments made on the Redeem Shopper Points form
    • Grand Totals on the bottom of the report
