The Print Instore Charge Statement will generate a Statement of Accounts that can be mailed to a selected customer or to all charge customers.  

  1. From the Customers Icon select the In-Store Charge Maintenance Form. Select Statement Report from the toolbar.
  2. Select Preview Preview_Reportor PrintPrint_Report by clicking in the circle to the right of the field.
  3. Enter a Start and End Date Charge_Statement_Start_DateCharge_Statement_End_Datefor charge activity.
  4. Select the Customer's Card NumberCharge_Customers_Card_No for Statement or select All CustomersAll_Customers to print out statements for all charge customers.
  5. Put a check mark in either Zero Balance with Activity or No Activity with Outstanding BalanceZero_Balance_with_ActivityNo_Activity_with_Outstanding_Balance if you wish to print statements with those criteria.
  6. Press the OKOK button.  The report is prepared and is previewed for printing.
  7. The report displays the following:
    • Stores address information
    • Customers address information
    • The Start and End Dates specified
    • The Current Balance
    • Due Date
    • List of charge activity for dates specified
