Instore Charge Statement
The Print Instore Charge Statement will generate a Statement of Accounts that can be mailed to a selected customer or to all charge customers.
- From the Customers Icon select the In-Store Charge Maintenance Form. Select Statement Report from the toolbar.
- Select Preview Preview_Reportor PrintPrint_Report by clicking in the circle to the right of the field.
- Enter a Start and End Date Charge_Statement_Start_DateCharge_Statement_End_Datefor charge activity.
- Select the Customer's Card NumberCharge_Customers_Card_No for Statement or select All CustomersAll_Customers to print out statements for all charge customers.
- Put a check mark in either Zero Balance with Activity or No Activity with Outstanding BalanceZero_Balance_with_ActivityNo_Activity_with_Outstanding_Balance if you wish to print statements with those criteria.
- Press the OKOK button. The report is prepared and is previewed for printing.
- The report displays the following:
- Store’s address information
- Customer’s address information
- The Start and End Dates specified
- The Current Balance
- Due Date
- List of charge activity for dates specified
