The Pricing Levels task allows you to create ten different pricing levels per product and establish a time frame for the pricing levels to be effective.

From the Pricing Levels task:

  1. Enter a Pricing LevelProduct_Pricing_Level from the Pricing Level drop down box. The Product Pricing Level dialogue allows you to create ten different pricing levels.
  2. Enter a Unit PricePricing_Level_Unit_Price in the Price field.
  3. Enter a Start DateStart_Date for the Pricing Level price to start.
  4. Enter an End DateEnd_Date for the Pricing Level to End.
  5. To edit an existing Pricing Level double click to load to the form or select the Pricing Level from the Pricing Level drop down. After the changes are made, press the Save button.
  6. Press the Close button to return to the Product Maintenance form.


Pricing Levels are used in conjunction with a customers card number. The customer can be assigned a Pricing Level number in the Customer Maintenance task.  At the Front End when the customer purchases the product with the assigned Pricing Level the product is adjusted to the new Pricing Level price when the customers card number is entered.

Note: To Delete a Pricing Level double click to load to the form or select the Pricing Level from the Pricing Level drop down. Press the Delete button and Close to return to the Product Maintenance form.
