Setting up Zip to City Relationships will make data entry in the Customer Maintenance form quicker and easier.

1. Open Customer Maintenance.
2. In the Toolbar, press the Zip to City Relationships button.
3. In the Zip Code ---> City/State form, press the Add button.
4. Type in the Zip Code, City, and State Code and press Save.

In Customer Maintenance, you will only need to enter the zip code on the main Customer form, and the city and state will automatically be filled in in the Customer Address form.
