Press Add. The list of coupon types will be displayed.
For some types of Coupons, you will need to create Groups. See the section onCreating Coupon Groups.
Basic Discount: Simple award of amount off or percent off of an item.
Order Discount: Dollar or Percent amount off the entire order.
BOGO: Buy one, get one free.
Meal Promotion: Flexible coupon used for a group of items, thus named for items used for a meal, for example, buy Italian Sausage, and get 10% off Spaghetti, Tomato Sauce and Parmesan cheese.
Bag Sale: Used for a percent or dollar amount off all items in one bag. For example, 25% off all items in the Frozen Department, or $5 off a bag of Tools.
Pick Quantity: A group of defined items gets a dollar amount off OR a percentage off, OR the group costs a specified price.
Tiered Discount: The more a customer spends, the higher the percentage discount he receives.
Double Up Bucks: This is used for a program running in many states, which gives discounts on Fresh Produce to SNAP customers.
Department Discount: Used to give a discount in a specific department, when items in a Group up to a specified amount have been purchased.
