This function will produce a Store Discount and Coupon Summary Report for the specified date on the Balancing Overview form.  The data is not displayed until the store close is run for the day.

To view the Discount and Coupon Summary Report:

  1. From within the Balancing Overview task, press the Store Discount/Coupon Summary button in the toolbar. The report is prepared and the preview screen displays.
  2. Select the Print option from the report preview screen. The Print dialogue box displays.
  3. When you have made selections, press the OK button.
  4. Close the print preview screen by pressing the X in the upper right corner.


The report will summarize:

    • Discounts: Order discounts, customer discounts, and line item discounts by percentage or dollar.
    • Store Coupons: Coupons rang up using the ST key.
    • Doubled Manufacturer Coupons: The doubled (or tripled) portion only of manufacturer coupons.
