The Instore Charge Balance Detail Report will generate a report listing all activities and a running balance for the time period selected. This will allow for a detailed review of account and balances for a particular customer or you may select all customers.

  1. From the Customer Icon select the Instore Charge Maintenance form. Select Balance Detail Report from the toolbar.
  2. Select either Preview or PrintPreview_ReportPrint_Report by clicking in the circle to the left of the field.        
  3. Enter a Start DateCharge_Statement_Start_Date for charge balance details. The End DateEnd_Date_of_Balance_Report is automatically set to the current date and will be used as the starting point to calculate customer balances.
  4. Select the Customer's Card No.Charge_Customers_Card_No or select All CustomersAll_Customers to print out detailed balances for all charge customers.
  5. Press the OKOK button.  The report is prepared and the print preview screen displays.
  6. The report displays the following:
    • The Starting Date
    • Customer Name
    • Card Number
      • Listing of each charge activity including:
        • Date
        • Activity
        • Reference No
        • Memo
        • Amount
        • Balance as of that date

Press the Print button from the preview screen to print Activity report.
