This function will produce a Customer Instore Charge Balance Summary Report listing all customers with outstanding account balances as of the current date.  

  1. From the Customer Icon select the In-Store Charge Maintenance Form. Select Balance Summary Report in the toolbar.
  2. Select either Preview or Print from the dialogue.
  3. The report is prepared and the preview screen displays.
  4. The following information displays for each customer:
    • Card Number
    • Customer Name
    • Home Phone
    • Driver License
    • Current Balance
  1. The total balance of all charge customers is displayed at the end of report.
  2. Press the Print button from the preview screen to print Balance Summary report.
