The Instore Charge Grid displays all Instore Charge activity including payments, credit memos, and charges from the Front End and Back End. To edit an entry, double click the activity (charge, payment, or credit memo) from the grid.

For example, to apply a payment made on the Front End, double-click on the Payment type with the Not Paid status. This will cause the Edit Payment form to pop up, allowing you to apply the payment.

Or, to edit a charge, double-click on a Charge in the grid. This will cause the Edit Charges form to pop up so that you can edit the customer’s charges made on the Back End, or add new miscellaneous charges to the customer’s account.
