The Till Statistics area of the Till Statistics and Balancing form Till_Statistics_and_Balancingdisplays the following information for each cashier:

    • Gross Sales: The total amount of all transactions for the cashier’s shift. The Gross Sales amount displayed on this form is calculated using the same calculation as Show Store Sales except that sales tax is added to the total: Total Sales (including taxes & excluding coupons) – Coupon Multiple (e.g., double coupon amounts) – Discounts (customer, line item & order level) – Electronic Coupons.
    • Avg Order: The average customer’s total amount in dollars during the cashier’s shift.
    • Customers: The number of customer total transactions during the cashier’s shift.
    • Items: The total number of items (merchandise) rung up during the cashier’s shift. This will differ from the total items shown in Show Store Sales if Track Scaled and Random Weight by lbs. is flagged in System Information. The number shown in Till Statistics is the number of items that pass the scanner, including Linked Products.
    • Items Scanned: The number of items that were scanned at the Front End is displayed in this field.
    • % Scanned: The percent of items scanned by the cashier is displayed here.
    • Rings/Min: This is the average number of items (merchandise) rung per minute during customer transactions until the order is tendered. The time is from the beginning of the transaction until the order is completed, including the tender time.
    • Refunds: The total dollar amount of refunds made during the cashier’s shift.
    • Voids: This is the total dollar amount of voids made during the cashier’s shift.
    • Paid Ins: This is the total dollar amount of Paid Ins transactions made during the cashier’s shift.
    • Paid Outs: This is the total dollar amount of Paid Out transactions made during the cashier’s shift.
    • Received on Account: This is the total dollar amount of Received on Account transactions made during the cashier’s shift.
    • Over / Shorts: This is the total amount in dollars that the cashier was Over or Short after the data from the cashier’s countdown has been entered.
    • Last Balanced: This is the date and time that the cashier’s till was last balanced.
    • Coupons: Total coupons amount from the Cashiers till.
    • Coupon Count: Total coupons from the Cashiers till.
    • Dbl Coupons: Total double coupon amount from the Cashiers till.  To display the total for double coupons make sure the Track Double Coupon checkbox has a R in the field in the System Information Defaults tab.
    • Dbl Coupon Count: Total double coupon count from the Cashiers till.  To display the total count for double coupons make sure the Track Double Coupon is checked in the field in the System Information Default tab.
